With last week, my time as a Working Student in the Corporate Compliance Team at Kärcher came to an end. Over the past year, I had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into compliance within a global organization and to work in an environment shaped by strong values first as an intern and later as a working student. This experience has contributed greatly to my personal and professional growth. I would like to thank again my mentor Stefanie Kirstein as well as Dr. Jens Beinker, Udo Pfizenmayer and the rest of my team: Astrid Haftmann , Martina Higuera Serrano , Philipp Moecke and Eleanna Panagou for the trust, support and great collaboration throughout this time. I'm truly grateful for all the experiences l've gained and will always look back on this time with great appreciation!
