Across healthcare, there is growing recognition that education, clinical practice, and quality improvement are strongest when they work together. That was a central theme at Simulation Reconnect 2026 in Singapore, where healthcare professionals, simulation educators, and quality improvement leaders came together to explore how translational simulation can help turn learning into meaningful improvements in clinical practice and patient care. It was a privilege to connect with colleagues who are advancing this work every day and to exchange ideas about the role of simulation in healthcare education, translational simulation, and quality improvement. Thank you to everyone who visited the Laerdal booth and shared your perspectives. Conversations like these move us all closer to our shared goal of helping save more lives through better-prepared healthcare professionals and safer systems.
