From Jakarta to Belfast, and now Glasgow. The journey still feels surreal. A year ago, I could not have imagined finding myself here, working for one of the major banks I once only knew through stories and films my dad often talked about. The past six months have been transformative—filled with continuous learning, new challenges, and opportunities that have helped shape me into a stronger software engineer and a more grounded individual. Beyond professional growth, I am grateful to be in an environment that values balance and supports personal passions. Scotland’s beautiful scenery has been a constant source of inspiration, allowing me to continue pursuing my love for photography alongside my work and adding a deeper sense of fulfillment to this chapter of my journey. As the year comes to a close, I am deeply grateful for this milestone—for the inspiring people I have met, the impactful projects I have had the opportunity to contribute to, and the brilliant minds from whom I have learned so much. I look ahead with optimism to the coming year, hopeful for continued growth, new challenges, and further learning opportunities.
