𝐀𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐞́ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞, 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. In 2025, nearly half of our training hours were delivered internally, representing more than 13,400 hours out of a total of 26,749 training hours. Behind these figures are, above all, dedicated employees who share their expertise and contribute every day to the development of our teams’ skills across Europe. Management practices, sustainability topics, the Climate Fresk workshop, professional skills development, and more, these internal training sessions reflect the diversity of knowledge and experience within our teams.
