Today, we're excited to spotlight our colleague Dr. Dominic Docter, Head of Quality Management and Quality Assurance, who shares insights about his work and vision. 💼 What do you do at Labtec? As the Head of Quality Management and Quality Assurance for the Langenfeld site, I am responsible for the maintenance and continuous development of the company’s Quality Management System. My responsibilities include, for example, GMP-related employee training, conducting self-inspections within the respective departments, evaluating suppliers and service providers, and serving as the primary contact person for the regional authority and our customers, particularly regarding on-site audits. Additionally, conducting external audits is also on my professional bucket list. ❤️ What part of your job do you like the most? Besides the interdisciplinarity within my team, I also value the interdisciplinarity across the entire company. Not only does our team consist of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, but the cross-functional project teams we are part of — including analytical and development experts — also contribute significantly to Labtec’s success.
