AWS just changed how it defines partner success. For years, getting a PDM, a case study, and maintaining your listing was enough to stay in good standing. That alone might not work anymore. AWS is shifting from validation to value realization. Your standing in the partner ecosystem is now defined by measurable customer success, Marketplace traction, and co-sell outcomes. What that means in practice: ➡️ Your AWS Specialization renewals now require you to show launched ACE opportunities tied to your solutions over a rolling 12 months. Your co-sell recommendation score directly affects how visible you are to AWS sellers. And ISV Accelerate participation is being measured on actual outcomes, not just enrollment. The ISVs caught off guard by this need to recalibrate and build their Motion around a framework that can actually keep up.
