One of our BDRs recently threw time on our VP Sales calendar for career advice. And guess what? ❤️ He loved it. He loved this BDR’s ambition, her preparation, her moxie. She came to the call with well structured questions, strong thinking about her career aspirations, and a good understanding of our VP’s work history. That made it a conversation they both enjoyed. ——— Every exec has mentors who took them under their wing, gave them advice, helped steer their career. And the overwhelming majority of execs want to provide the same for the next generation. But it’s not gonna happen by accident. Be like our BDR and make it happen for yourself.
