PMM @ LinkedIn | Building Women + AI

Bias, my first app, is officially in public beta. It's a color analysis tool, & I made it myself as the researcher, the PM, the engineer, & the marketer. All four roles, one little ol' me. After 8.5 years in a product-heavy marketing org, I knew the commercialization path cold: Validate the pain point. Alpha/beta. Find minimum viable, then minimum marketable. Launch, then scale. What I never had were the tools to build. This year, that changed. And it wasn't the only thing. After a big change at work, I took a beat to recalibrate. Twelve months later: → Raised my hand to lead LinkedIn's AI search GTM with no playbook → Piloted Women + AI from 5 friends in my living room to 5 sold-out events across SF & LA, with Austin, with NYC & London on the horizon → Shipped Bias to public beta using Claude Code, Vercel, Supabase & Stripe Per Lovable's Build Economy report, 4 in 5 AI builders are non-technical...but only 14% are women. Both of those stats anchor & motivate so much of what I'm invested in (& excited about for the future). Full reflection on the year (plus my Claude Code learning guide) in the article below. Also, try Bias at trybias.app & tell me what your season is! I'll go first in the comments 🎨
