We're hiring for my Expert Engagement team, our first-ever Sourcing Manager, I have feelings and also too many words to share on a LinkedIn post... In January 2021, I joined a unique, ~25 employee non-profit foundation called Rippleworks. We had an Expert Network of 80 executive partners, and if we matched 40 of them with our Portfolio in a given year, we'd throw a little party in our zoom rooms. Fast forward to 2024, we delivered 150+ matches, launched entirely new services, and grew that Expert Network to over 300 partners across sectors & business functions. Today? Rippleworks has 50+ global employees, expanded to 450+ global executive partners, 350+ ventures served, and matched over 800 engagements. And honestly, we're just getting started. We're on the cusp of real change, both structurally and philosophically, in how we build & engage this community of humanity-driven leaders. We need your help, we just kicked off a search for a 4th teammate on our Expert Engagement crew (joining Pauline Ohana, Paulina Pesqueira & me!). This person will be the first person most of our experts ever meet. The welcoming front door to one of the most intentionally curated networks of mission-driven executives.
