If the first picture doesn’t explain Jason Marye and I, I’m not sure what would. In the beginning of September we were given a challenge to step into a role of owning operations as a duo. This came without a title or pay change and it’s a risk we took to help our team, just in a different way. #bebrave We’ve been able to help turn red numbers into green, help build a lot attendant team, and take ownership of the good and not so good days. Today the long hours, frustrating schedulers, and the “you’ve got to be kidding me” moments became more permanent!
