Last week I had the opportunity to spend time at the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business – Sales Excellence Institute — and it was an outstanding experience! Spending time alongside my Atlas Copco colleagues diving deep into sales strategy, execution, and leadership frameworks was incredibly valuable. The collaborative environment and practical application focus made the learning immediately actionable. Learning from James (Randy) Webb, Carl Herman, and Johannes Habel was something I truly enjoyed and took a lot from. The depth of insight, real-world perspective, and willingness to challenge our thinking pushed us to elevate how we approach our roles and our teams. I’m energized and looking forward to implementing key actions that will take both myself and our sales team to new heights. Growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens by design.
