I’m thrilled to be kicking off the next chapter of our program here at UNH! While we’ve greatly valued our time under the Biomedical Science umbrella it’s become clear that the rapid evolution of Diagnostic Science calls for a space of its own. 🔬✨ 🌟 Introducing the Diagnostic Science Program!
This new model is designed to deliver an education rooted in both strong theoretical foundations and the essential hands-on skills needed by future diagnostic professionals. Best of all, we’re building forward while continuing to proudly maintain our strong and impactful Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) option. ✅ The MLS option remains the only 4‑year NAACLS‑accredited program in New Hampshire—a distinction we’re incredibly proud of! We believe this strategic positioning strengthens our commitment to a forward-thinking curriculum that supports student success 📚, addresses evolving workforce needs 🧠, and creates new opportunities to advance our profession 💡 The future of Diagnostic and Medical Laboratory Sciences at UNH is bright—and we’re just getting started! 🎉
