Delighted to share the publication of our article on the economic evaluation of the Healthy Early Life Moments in Singapore (HELMS) programme. This study outlines the use of parallel state-transition Markov models to assess the long-term health and economic impact of a lifestyle intervention for women with overweight or obesity and their children over a 10-year horizon. This work was conducted during my time at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, SingHealth, and Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre, Singapore. Grateful to my co-authors for their collaboration, and especially to Prof Elizabeth M. for her invaluable guidance and support throughout this project. https://lnkd.in/e8d3u-mE Zay Ya K, Ku CW, Loy SL, et alEconomic evaluation of the Healthy Early Life Moments in Singapore (HELMS) programme: a study protocol for an integrated lifestyle intervention supported by a mobile health tool for mothers and children in SingaporeBMJ Open 2026;16:e116421. doi: 10.1136/bmjopen-2026-116421
