I spent exactly 72 hours in Los Angeles for the US Masters Swimming National Championship, and it couldn’t have gone much better: 50 Free: 🥇 100 Free: 🥇 50 Fly: 🥇 200 Free Relay: 🥇 50 Breast: 🥈 200 Medley Relay: 🥉 100 Fly: DNP 😭 My final race was yesterday at 9:30 in the morning, and I made it back home for dinner with my girls in Tokyo last night by 7:00! 😊
