10 years ago I left a comfy and well-paying job to start a company with 2 of my best friends. We burned through our capital in 6 months and  the Lehman shock hit 2 months later. I questioned our chances of survival but never regretted my decision. 2017 was our best year by far (100+ searches completed including 11 Japan Country Managers), and I attribute a big part of that to the work ethic we developed in those early days when we were fighting to stay alive. A big thanks to these 2 scrappers (Sean Alexander, Andrew Nimmer) for sticking with me for all these years, and to all the people along the way who trusted us to find their most valuable assets - their people!
