Modern plant breeding is a team effort - and that spirit came to life at the R&D TalentCampus 2026 in Einbeck. More than 500 young scientists joined us to explore what it really means to work at one of the world’s leading plant breeding companies - and to experience R&D in action. At KWS, innovation happens at the intersection of disciplines. From molecular research to breeding, from experimental fields to data science - progress is driven by connection. During the TalentCampus, our teams opened their labs and greenhouses, hosted talks and guided tours, and turned complex research into tangible insights. What was particularly striking was how these perspectives come together: how ideas are translated step by step into breeding solutions - and ultimately into high-performing varieties in the field.
