President - HR I IIT I Ex - Tata, Adani, Jindal

An old man who worked as a janitor in a large company. Every evening, after everyone had left, he quietly cleaned the floors, arranged the desks, and turned off the lights. No one really noticed him. One day, CEO noticed this old man carefully fixing a broken chair.CEO asked, “Why are you doing this? It’s not even your job.” The old man smiled gently and said, “Tomorrow, someone will sit here.If this chair breaks, their day will start with discomfort. I just don’t want that for anyone.” The next morning, CEO called everyone together and said, “Last night, I met the most important person in this company. He has no title, no power, but he works thinking about others before himself". Years later, people didn’t remember the CEO’s strategies. They remembered one simple thing—He made them care for each other. All strategies achieved it's goal with one simple behavior change in its people.
