Seven people. Three continents. One mission. šŸ’™ That's what a board looks like when it's built around purpose. Last week, the KUMA Foundation Board of Advisors gathered for our first meeting of 2026. Ray Kimble (Founder), Jenny Kanga, Kristy Odendhal, Jim Malone, Steve Lewis, Christina Brooks, and Jim Small come from completely different worlds: cybersecurity, real estate, tech, social media, community organizing. But every single one showed up for the exact same reason: The belief that ALL children deserve access to a high-tech future. Here's what KUMA Foundation is focused on in 2026: → Sustaining and strengthening three active labs in Georgetown South, VA and Khalad and Belsar, India → Opening Lab number 4, with a clear priority on the next U.S. location → Exploring a KUMA Foundation India entity, so local communities and donors can invest closer to home → Connecting more professionals with labs, for virtual and in-person career presentations 400+ students. 500+ STEM classes taught. A fourth lab on the horizon. The impact is real and growing, and we are so proud to be a part of it! Know a school or community center that could use a free KUMA Lab? Reach out. It starts with one conversation. Get involved: kumacares.org Who's someone in your world doing the quiet work of making things better for kids? Tag them below. šŸ‘‡ #stemeducation #steam
