STEM education isn't just about coding and computers 🖥️ Sometimes it starts with exploring who you are, and feeling heard. Our students at Khalad recently had an online session with Dr. Alka Chadha, an Emotional Intelligence specialist who works with young professionals and organizations to build self-awareness, empathy, and purpose. She didn't lecture. She listened. She connected with each student individually, guiding them through exercises focused on emotional awareness, behavior, and life goals. And something remarkable happened: students who rarely open up... opened up. Because KUMA Labs isn't just where kids learn to code. It's where they learn to believe in themselves. That confidence? It's the foundation every STEAM skill gets built on. Thank you, Dr. Chadha, for reminding us that the most important tool we can give a student is the belief that their voice matters.
