Here’s a glimpse into some of the recent events that brought our Fort Washington team closer together: 🎉 Welcome Back/ Holiday Luncheon We kicked off the new year with our annual Welcome Back/Holiday Luncheon in January. This cherished tradition is a wonderful opportunity for employees to reconnect after the holiday season, share stories, and enjoy great food together. ♟️ Game Club: Chess Edition Building on the success of our first Game Club (American Mahjong), we introduced a beginner-to-intermediate chess lesson. Employees not only learned new strategies but also made plans to continue playing together, strengthening bonds through friendly competition. 💙 Employee Appreciation Week We dedicated an entire week to celebrating our employees’ hard work and contributions. Highlights included daily treats, grab-and-go snacks, and a special International Women’s Day celebration where employees wore purple to honor inspiring women. We also organized a donation drive for Laurel House, supporting survivors of domestic violence. These events reflected our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to make a difference—both within and beyond the workplace.
