Kulicke & Soffa Malaysia (KSM) continues to place strong emphasis on employee well-being through its KSM 2026 WELL-Being Program—a thoughtfully designed, four-month wellness series. As part of this initiative, the Integrated Workplace Health Roadshow brings preventive healthcare directly to employees, with on-site health screenings and follow-up doctor consultations. It is complemented by a broader series of talks, experiential sessions, fitness activities, and learning opportunities across the four months. Strong participation to date reflects a shared commitment to prioritizing health and overall wellness.
