One operating system – iiQKA.OS2: it replaces separate control logic for different robot types with one unified system across the entire portfolio. For operators, that means the interface logic you learn on one robot carries over to the next, instead of starting over with every switch. Adding a new application or scaling an existing one stops being its own separate project. iiQKA.OS2 also works as a virtual robot controller, so simulation and offline programming can happen before any hardware is involved. Commissioning gets tested virtually before the physical system is even set up. The LBR iisy is a great example of this approach in action. Running on iiQKA.OS2, it combines intuitive programming, faster deployment and seamless integration into existing environments, resulting in a shorter path from idea to production and a lower barrier to getting started with automation.
