Not every idea starts at scale. But the ones that matter often begin with a different way of thinking 💡 As the world’s elite in ice hockey gathered in Zurich, Switzerland, Kuehne+Nagel spoke with Riccardo Signorell, inventor and founder of Green Hockey 💚🏒, about making the sport more sustainable and accessible. Kuehne+Nagel has been supporting Riccardo and his team across the #SupplyChain, from sourcing equipment to delivering solutions across markets. For the Fan Zone of the 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Switzerland, Green Hockey supplied artificial ice rinks to the Organising Committee and materials were transported from Europe, Asia and the Americas. The partnership between Kuehne+Nagel and Green Hockey is a strong example of how collaboration can turn emerging ideas into real-world impact. We often see #innovation at the intersection of #sustainability and access but bringing it to life takes both scale and the right partners. And in this case, it is not only about moving equipment 🏒 It is about enabling new ways to play and helping to grow the game.
