We love to see people #grow: From being an apprentice in Austria to WorldSkills International in Shanghai! Paul started his journey with us in 2021: curious, motivated, and ready to learn. Today, after completing two apprenticeships, he’s a qualified freight forwarding and logistics specialist. Along the way, he’s experienced the full spectrum of logistics: from dispatch to customer service to international transport. Each step has shaped his skills and his passion for the industry. With continuous support, tailored training, and real-world experience, Paul is now preparing for his next big stage: The WorldSkills competition in Shanghai in September 2026. As Franz Braunsberger, National Manager Kuehne+Nagel Austria, puts it: “Competitions such as WorldSkills are an important part of how we promote young talent.
