We recently had the pleasure of welcoming the 2nd-year apprentices from our long-standing partner, EGV AG, for an intensive seminar day at our headquarters in Soest. Coming from various departments within EGV, these young talents brought a fantastic mix of perspectives to the table. Together, we dived deep into sustainability strategies, explored our production floors during a factory tour, and collaborated on real-world process optimization.
