Last week, our apprentices from all departments, including production, logistics, administration, and engineering, came together for our annual trainee excursion. We kicked off the day with a fascinating look behind the scenes at Conrad Schulte GmbH & Co. KG in Rietberg; a huge thank you to the team for hosting us, and we are already looking forward to returning the favor soon! Afterwards, we made the most of the perfect summer weather with a team-building canoe trip along the Lippe river. For us at KuchenMeister, events like these are essential. They not only strengthen team spirit and cross-departmental bonds from day one, but they also offer our next generation a valuable glimpse beyond our own factory walls to broaden their industry horizons.
