🚗🤖 Hoe maken we geautomatiseerd vervoer tegelijk veilig én efficiënt in het dagelijks verkeer? Het KU Leuven Instituut voor Mobiliteit (LIM) laat de nieuwe Ethias‑KU Leuven Leerstoel ter Bevordering van Veilige en Efficiënte Geautomatiseerde Mobiliteit zoeken naar het antwoord. 💬 “Bij Ethias zijn we ervan overtuigd dat innovatie pas echt waarde heeft wanneer ze het leven van burgers concreet verbetert. Dankzij deze leerstoel stellen we onze expertise, onze kennis van risico’s en onze data ten dienste van een gedeelde ambitie: bouwen aan mobiliteit die veiliger, slimmer en duurzamer is”, aldus Philippe Lallemand, CEO van Ethias. 🔍 Het onderzoek gebruikt unieke praktijkdata van Ethias en lokale partners die zelfrijdende voertuigen testen in het gewone verkeer. The KU Leuven Institute for Mobility (LIM) hosts the new Ethias–KU Leuven Chair for the Promotion of Safe and Efficient Automated Mobility to seek the answer. 💬 “At Ethias, we firmly believe that innovation only has value when it makes a real difference to people's lives.
