One of the biggest misconceptions about AI transformation is that it’s primarily a technology conversation. It’s really a work design conversation. The Gartner finding here is important because it reinforces something many HR leaders are seeing in real time: simply reducing headcount and layering in AI doesn’t automatically create value. In many cases, it just creates new friction points. The organizations pulling ahead seem to be rethinking how work happens altogether: • What should be automated • What should stay deeply human • How managers lead differently • How employees learn, adapt, and make decisions alongside AI That’s why this moment feels so significant for HR. We have an opportunity to help architect how work itself evolves. Really thoughtful edition as always, David Green 🇺🇦. #FutureOfWork #HRTransformation #PeopleAnalytics #AIatWork #EmployeeExperience #FutureOfHR #Leadership #WorkforceStrategy #HRTech #OrganizationalDesign #TalentInsights #AIinHR https://lnkd.in/dF3giaif
