KS&R would like to give a shout out to James Sharples! Not only is Jim a Vice President, but he also teaches at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. He teaches a class called “Customer Insights” that is an upper-level business class designed to build students’ understanding of how to uncover what customers want, feel, think, and what actions they are likely to take in order to empower marketing strategies. Way to go Jim! #shoutout
