Last week, the VWGoA Corporate Compliance team had the privilege of welcoming Nicolas Heyer, Volkswagen Group Chief Integrity & Compliance Officer, along with Dr. Johannes Freiler-Waldburger, Volkswagen Group Chief Integrity & Compliance Officer — Passenger Cars, to our Reston, Virginia headquarters. Together, we shared perspectives on our regional Compliance initiatives while deepening our connection to the broader global Compliance program. Many thanks to my VWGoA Compliance colleagues, including Ali Shoupe, Brandon Ham, Victoria Jancek Mechlin, and Morgan S., for providing their support during the visit. We are grateful for the opportunity to exchange ideas, challenge ourselves, and continue growing as one global team. Moments like these remind us that Integrity and Compliance are not just principles we uphold—they are the foundation of everything we do.
