Over the past few years at Netflix, I had the privilege of helping build something from the ground up. An ads business that went from bold ambition to a meaningful force in the marketplace. From shaping early go-to-market strategies to driving partnerships across brands like Comcast, Wendy’s, and Mondelez, this chapter was defined by innovation, collaboration, and an incredible team that pushed boundaries every step of the way. What I’m most proud of isn’t just the business we built, it’s how we built it. The standard of excellence was set early and carried forward by the very people who were there from the beginning and building, iterating, and raising the bar together every single day. And now, I’m excited for what’s next. I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be rejoining Twitch at Amazon and bringing with me new perspective, deeper experience, and a renewed focus on what’s possible at the intersection of content, community, and commerce. Twitch sits at the center of culture and connection, and I couldn’t be more energized to help shape what the next chapter looks like for brands and partners. Grateful for what’s been built and thankful for the amazing people that shaped my time at Netflix. Even more excited for what’s ahead.
