Advent, a leading global private equity investor, signed a definitive agreement to acquire tbi bank, a tech-led challenger bank in South-East Europe, from 4finance Holding S.A. We supported Advent on this acquisition on the buy-side with financial, regulatory and tax due diligence services. We would like to extend our congratulations to Advent on the successful transaction.
