Pride Month is a good moment to say thank you. At our Alstom Train Development and Manufacturing and Services site in Vienna more than 700 engaged employees from 35 nationalities work together every day. This diversity is a great strength of our Vienna team. At Alstom, inclusion is one of the values we want to live in our daily work. Therefore, I want to thank our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team for their great engagement and the activities they organize at our Vienna site. From our cultural diversity dessert buffet to the Wings for Life World Run to Vienna Girls’ Day, where 20 girls got insights into production, engineering and innovation at Alstom – all these activities show what teamwork and inclusion can look like in practice.
