Australia Spotlights at ServiceNow was an amazing experience. Proud to represent the Platform Shared Services team and showcase the innovations we shipped as part of the Australia Release. One of the highlights for me was demonstrating the Document to Voice feature, which I worked on together with an incredibly talented team. We also showcased Redaction and shared how these solutions are helping shape smarter AI-powered experiences. Beyond our booth, one of the most exciting parts of the event was exploring demos from other teams and seeing the incredible innovation happening across the organization around AI, Agentic AI, autonomous experiences, and platform engineering. It was inspiring to see ideas, engineering, and creativity being transformed into real products and experiences. What made the event even more memorable was interacting with engineers, architects, product teams, and leaders throughout the day. From technical discussions during demos to conversations afterward around the event highlights over snacks, the entire experience reflected a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning. As an Associate Software Engineer, getting the opportunity to build, demonstrate, learn from others, and contribute alongside such talented people is something I’m truly grateful for. Huge appreciation to my teammates and everyone who contributed to making Australia Spotlights such a great platform for innovation and collaboration. Really proud to have collaborated, shipped, and showcased these innovations together with such amazing teammates.
