Located in the heart of DIFC, Lockton Insurance's new office began life as a retail space. KPS reimagined it as a contemporary workplace designed to support the way people work today. Natural light was restored by uncovering previously concealed glazing. Open collaborative areas sit alongside executive offices, phone booths and informal meeting spaces, creating a balanced environment for focused work and collaboration. Even technical constraints became opportunities, with specialist acoustic treatments allowing the exposed ceilings to remain while enhancing comfort throughout the workplace. The result is a light-filled, adaptable workplace that supports wellbeing, encourages collaboration and provides the flexibility to evolve alongside the business.
