𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱☕ Why are so many organizations struggling to adapt in the age of AI? At KPMG, we're digging into the "hidden crisis" inside the American corporation. Our new Adaptability Index puts numbers to what many executives are quietly living: 81% of executives say boards have raised expectations for their organizations' adaptability, but the organizations beneath them are not ready. As Atif Zaim, KPMG's Deputy Chair and U.S. Managing Principal, puts it, many companies are like factories in the early days of electricity, still organized around the old steam boiler even as a new power source is rewiring everything. AI is that new power source, and it requires disciplined execution, integration, and coordination to scale innovation across the organization.
