𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 As part of Innovate Carolina Junction’s monthly AI series, KPMG’s Aaron Purcell joined founders and operators to discuss how organizations can use AI to support growth while maintaining operational efficiency as complexity increases. The session focused on applying AI in ways that improve execution across the business—from enabling better decisions to helping teams adapt processes as scale introduces new demands. Rather than leading with tools alone, the discussion emphasized operating models and design choices that allow AI to create lasting value. Aaron’s team at KPMG concentrates on the next wave of enterprise impact, including agent based systems, cross platform orchestration, and enterprise grade generative AI. A defining element of this work is treating the enterprise as Client Zero—deploying AI internally first, establishing governance and operating models, and then translating those proven outcomes into go to market offerings grounded in real world results.
