We are pleased to announce that the Swiss KPMG Partnership has elected Pascal Sprenger as Chief Executive Officer of KPMG Switzerland, effective 1 October 2026. His election reflects the Partnership’s confidence in his leadership and ensures continuity for our clients and our firm. This is further supported by a transition period with the current CEO to ensure a seamless handover. With more than two decades at KPMG Switzerland, Pascal Sprenger has built a firm-wide perspective on our multidisciplinary business, a client-centric mindset and a vast leadership experience. Currently, Pascal is successfully leading our Financial Services practice in Switzerland, where he combines strategic perspective with operational excellence and a strong commitment to quality and performance. This positions him well to lead KPMG Switzerland in an increasingly dynamic and regulated business environment. Together with Pascal, we are confident in leading KPMG Switzerland into the next successful chapter, shaping a resilient and future-ready firm.
