𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 "𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬": 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐊𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 On June 9 and 10, KOSTAL managers from across Europe gathered in Prague for the fifth module of our “Core Journey – Leading Leaders” program. The session’s focus: “Leader as a Coach.”   Through interactive workshops and peer discussions, our leaders explored practical coaching techniques and reflected on their personal leadership styles.
