We are pleased to share the KOSTAL Group Sustainability Report 2025, highlighting our continued progress toward our ultimate goal: to continuously improve our environmental, social, and governance performance and to contribute to a more sustainable future. In 2025, despite a challenging market environment, we continued to embed sustainability into our core business processes and strengthen execution across the Group. Sustainability at KOSTAL is increasingly about measurable impact, operational performance, and long-term value creation. We delivered measurable performance improvements across key environmental indicators in 2025 compared to our baseline (2022): 🌱 36.7% reduction in GHG emission intensity (Scope 1 & 2) 🌱 5.1% reduction in energy intensity 🌱 52.1% renewable electricity share 🌱 91% waste diversion rate in production 🌱 7.1% reduction in water intensity 🌱 45% / 55% female-to-male ratio, supporting diversity 🌱 43.9% reduction in lost workdays due to injuries We further strengthened our ESG governance framework: ✅ updated our double materiality assessment in alignment with ESRS requirements ✅ completed our Scope 3 emissions baseline analysis, reaching an important milestone for value chain decarbonisation ✅ strengthened ESG data transparency and auditability through Enablon and implemented an internal audit framework for sustainability reporting ✅ expanded our supplier ESG assessment framework to cover approximately 29% of target suppliers ✅ improved our ESG ratings, including EcoVadis Bronze and an upgraded CDP score to „B” In 2026, we’ll focus on: 🌎 strengthening energy and operational efficiency 🌎 improving waste performance 🌎 further embedding sustainability into product design and material selection 🌎 advancing supply chain ESG performance and Scope 3 action 🌎 submitting our SBTi targets for validation by the end of 2026 We thank our dedicated colleagues, partners, and suppliers for joining us on OUR WAY to a sustainable future.
