شارك المهندس محمد مدحت، المدير التنفيذي لقطاعي الطاقة الخضراء المستدامة و أنظمة الطاقة في قرة إنرجي، في جلسة نقاشية ضمن فعاليات Big 5 بعنوان: The Leadership Mandate for Sustainable Megaprojects. وخلال الجلسة، شارك رؤى عملية حول دور قرة إنرجي في دعم تنفيذ المشاريع الكبرى بصورة أكثر كفاءة واستدامة، من خلال تناول مجموعة من المحاور الرئيسية، شملت: ممارسات Lean Constructionو Last Planner System، أهداف ومؤشرات الاستدامة، ممارسات كفاءة الطاقة، تشريعات الاستدامة، أكواد ومعايير المباني الخضراء، بالإضافة إلى آليات التحفيز والجذب التي تساهم في توجيه الاستثمارات نحو المشاريع المستدامة. كما تناولت المشاركة أهمية تحويل الاستدامة من توجه استراتيجي إلى ممارسات قابلة للتطبيق داخل مواقع العمل، بما يدعم جودة التنفيذ، يقلل الهدر، ويرفع كفاءة تسليم المشاريع الكبرى. وتعكس هذه المشاركة التزام قرة إنرجي بتقديم حلول عملية تربط بين الكفاءة التشغيلية، الاستدامة، وجودة التنفيذ في المشاريع الكبرى. Eng. Mohamed Medhat, title: Managing Director of Sustainable Green Energy and Energy Systems, took part in a Big 5 panel discussion titled: The Leadership Mandate for Sustainable Megaprojects. During the session, he shared practical insights on Korra Energi’s role in supporting more efficient and sustainable megaproject delivery, covering key topics including Lean Construction and Last Planner System practices, sustainability goals and measures, energy efficiency practices, sustainability regulations, green building codes and standards, as well as push-pull mechanisms that help attract investment into sustainable projects. His contribution highlighted the importance of translating sustainability from a strategic direction into practical site-level applications that enhance execution quality, reduce waste, and improve the delivery of large-scale projects.
