On 20 June 2025, we successfully launched our brand-new Dahlem Center for Linguistics at @Freie Universität Berlin! 🤩 We began with talks by Mandana Seyfeddinipur, Malte Zimmermann, Uli Reich, and Bert Remijsen, followed by official opening speeches from Ferdinand von Mengden (Speaker of the Center), Michael Gamper (Dean of the Faculty), and Günter M. Ziegler (President of the University). The day came to a close with a poster session featuring 37 posters presented by students, doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, and professors.
