We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Microchannel Heat Exchanger production line at our Orhanlı facility. A first in Türkiye and Europe. This investment marks an important step in strengthening our manufacturing capabilities and expanding our expertise in advanced heat exchanger technologies. With an advanced 8-stage production process carried out entirely in-house, Konveyor is now the only company in Türkiye and Europe capable of manufacturing Microchannel Heat Exchangers under a fully integrated production structure. This approach provides greater control over quality, efficiency, and supply reliability throughout the entire production journey. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and an annual production capacity of 1.5 million units, the new line enables us to support our customers with high-performance solutions while responding more effectively to evolving industry needs. More than a production investment, this milestone reflects our continued commitment to engineering excellence, operational flexibility, and sustainable growth. Türkiye ve Avrupa'da bir ilk. Bu yatırım, üretim kabiliyetlerimizi güçlendirme ve ileri ısı eşanjörü teknolojilerindeki uzmanlığımızı geliştirme yolunda önemli bir adımı temsil ediyor. Tamamı şirket bünyesinde yürütülen gelişmiş 8 aşamalı üretim süreci sayesinde Konveyor, Microchannel Isı Eşanjörlerini tamamen entegre bir üretim yapısı içerisinde üretebilen Türkiye ve Avrupa'daki tek şirket konumuna ulaşmıştır. Bu yapı; kalite, üretim verimliliği ve tedarik güvenilirliği üzerinde tam kontrol sağlamaktadır. Son teknoloji ile donatılan ve yıllık 1,5 milyon adet üretim kapasitesine sahip yeni hattımız, müşterilerimize yüksek performanslı çözümler sunma kabiliyetimizi güçlendirirken sektörün değişen ihtiyaçlarına daha etkin şekilde yanıt vermemize olanak tanımaktadır. Bu yatırım yalnızca üretim kapasitemizi artırmakla kalmayıp; mühendislik yetkinliğine, operasyonel esnekliğe ve sürdürülebilir büyümeye olan uzun vadeli bağlılığımızın da bir göstergesidir.
