It’s now official: I am taking on a new role as Practice Lead Energy & Sustainability at Miller & Meier Consulting. Since December, I have been overseeing our client portfolio in the energy and sustainability space. Few policy areas are currently as critical for Germany and its economy. The 2022/3 energy crisis and the sudden halt of Russian gas supplies painfully exposed just how vulnerable our system is. We are facing the challenge of reconciling security of supply, competitive prices, and sustainability — ensuring affordable energy while driving climate-friendly transformation. In other words: a broad and highly consequential field — one I now have the privilege to shape together with our great team here at Miller & Meier Consulting. Spending 3.5 years as Chief of Staff to Dominik Meier has been both formative and incredibly rewarding. I am eager to apply that experience to the multifaceted and demanding challenges our clients navigate today.
