[NEWS] Konecranes has acquired the nuclear service and port service businesses of Coapsa Control Sl, a specialist in crane services based in Viladecavalls, Spain. With the acquisition, effective from July 1, Konecranes expands its Spanish port and industrial service network with a competent and experienced team at the new location in Viladecavalls. “The acquisition strengthens Konecranes' presence in Catalonia and the whole of Spain and ensures that the in-depth knowledge and expertise of Coapsa's team remain accessible to nuclear and port customers,” says Catarina Lopez, Manager, Port Services, Konecranes. Coapsa Control Sl is specialized in crane services for nuclear and port customers including inspections, preventive maintenance, service, repairs and modernizations.
