The summer trainee season is underway at Konecranes Finland. Last week, more than 100 summer trainees joined us at our headquarters in Hyvinkää for our annual Summer Trainee Appro. Inspired by the Finnish appro tradition, trainees received event passes and collected stamps by visiting a series of checkpoints throughout the day. Each checkpoint offered an opportunity to learn more about different areas of our business, connect with colleagues, and collaborate with fellow trainees. From safety challenges to spotting faulty equipment, the day provided a hands-on introduction to Konecranes and the people who make Konecranes what it is. A warm welcome to all our summer trainees.
