Technology is not the starting point. Reliable intralogistics begins with data, process clarity and honest assumptions. The most expensive automation project is not always the one with the highest purchase price. It is the one solving the wrong problem. Too many projects start with the technology question: AMRs, conveyors, robotics, software. The better question comes first: what does the system actually need to handle in real operation? 👉 Good planning reveals bottlenecks, peaks, interfaces and operating costs before decisions are locked in. That gives customers more certainty and fewer costly course corrections later.
