We welcome Alexander Matthias Frisch to KODIAK’s Corporate Solution Business Unit, where he recently started as IT Support Specialist. With experience in IT service delivery, system administration and IT project management, Alexander brings a broad understanding of both technical IT topics and IT-related business processes. He has worked in service desk, system engineering, IT operations and infrastructure roles, including leadership positions with Plasser & Theurer Export von Bahnbaumaschinen G.m.b.H., unit-IT Dienstleistungs GmbH & Co KG and A1 Telekom Austria AG. His background includes ticket system implementation, authorization management, software testing and project coordination in a TISAX certification context. At KODIAK GmbH, Alexander will support our internal IT operations within the Site Management Solutions (SMS) Business Unit with his experience in service desk, system administration and IT process coordination, helping our SMS teams work reliably and securely across projects and locations.
