HANDOVER, TIMING, SUPPORT, TEAMWORK – SOUNDS LIKE PROJECT WORK, BUT THIS TIME IT WAS 5x5KM TEAM RELAY THROUGH BERLIN Last week, colleagues from our Berlin and Grimmen offices joined the Berliner Wasserbetriebe 5 x 5 km TEAM-Staffel for its 25th anniversary: five runners, five kilometers each, 25 kilometers as one team. For Maike, Annika, Nils, Vinh and Danny the relay was a great chance to spend time together outside the project & construction site routine, cheer each other on and share a team moment beyond meetings, deadlines and day-to-day tasks. Because whether in complex projects or during a relay race, it is rarely about doing everything alone. It is about knowing when to take over, when to support and how to move forward together. Thanks to everyone who ran, stepped in at short notice, supported and made it a great KODIAK running evening in Berlin.
