PERMITTING TOPICS ON DAY ONE. SAILING BOAT ON DAY TWO ⛵ Last week, KODIAK GmbH’s Permitting & Environment (P&E) team hosted the third edition of our internal format KODIAK PE & Friends. This time, the team came together at our office location in Grimmen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. For the P&E team, this kind of get-together is something special. Many colleagues work on different client projects, in different setups and at different locations throughout Germany. So having the whole team in one place is a great opportunity to exchange, reconnect and learn from each other. The agenda included two expert presentations about current acceleration measures for the energy transition and the practical challenges of dealing with offshore munition legacy issues. But PE & Friends was not only a knowledge-sharing format for the P&E team. Many colleagues from other departments and expert teams joined the sessions, asked questions and contributed to the discussion. A good reminder that knowledge sharing works best when it does not stay within one team. And since Grimmen is not far from the coast, the P&E team made the most of it with a sailing trip on a historic "Zeesboot" the next day. For many colleagues, it was the first time on a sailing boat. And yes, teamwork was needed there too, including physical effort and body weight to bring the boat safely back into the harbor in Ribnitz-Damgarten. For us, this format brings together what we value at KODIAK: sharing expertise, empowering each other and building excellence. Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to the third edition of KODIAK PE & Friends. #PowerUpWithKODIAK #Permitting #Environment #KnowledgeSharing #Teamwork #Empowerment #Excellence #InfrastructureProjects #EnergyTransition Annika Reichert, Thoralf Hoth, Yannik Nielsen, Saskia Neumann, Berit R., Alina Schulz, Nestor Karafotis, Maja M., Claudia Pauels, Vinh T., Justus Stöhr, Maximilian Fischer, Eric Rosenberg, Marcel Traber, Stephanie H.
